I do not do New Years Resolutions, but I am going to make a list of goals for 2026. Some may say they are the same things, but to me they are different.
HEALTH:
- STAY under 200 pounds
- Get to 175 pounds
- Get to my Bariatric Doctor's goal weight for me (150 pounds)
- Be more consistent with my water intake
PHYSICAL:
- Lift weights at least 4 times a week
- Do at least 2 hours of walking 6 days a week
- Wear a large shirt
- Wear a medium shirt
- Wear a size 14 pants
- Wear a size 12 pants
EMOTIONAL/MENTAL
- Learn to speak my needs.
- Continue Journaling
- Continue Therapy
- Get rid of all my pre-WLS clothes that do not fit anymore (besides Stitch!)
PLEASURE
- Date Nights
- Mom's Night Out
- Lisa Days
