Goals for 2026

 I do not do New Years Resolutions, but I am going to make a list of goals for 2026. Some may say they are the same things, but to me they are different. 

HEALTH:

  1. STAY under 200 pounds
  2. Get to 175 pounds
  3. Get to my Bariatric Doctor's goal weight for me (150 pounds)
  4. Be more consistent with my water intake


PHYSICAL:

  1. Lift weights at least 4 times a week
  2. Do at least 2 hours of walking 6 days a week
  3. Wear a large shirt
  4. Wear a medium shirt
  5. Wear a size 14 pants
  6. Wear a size 12 pants


EMOTIONAL/MENTAL

  1. Learn to speak my needs.
  2. Continue Journaling
  3. Continue Therapy
  4. Get rid of all my pre-WLS clothes that do not fit anymore (besides Stitch!)



PLEASURE

  1. Date Nights
  2. Mom's Night Out
  3. Lisa Days
